Proposal:
Dynamic properties that are requested in $select but not defined for some of the entities or complex type instances in the response are listed in the context URL, but not represented otherwise.
Also $select-ing dynamic properties that are not defined for all instances of open entity or complex types in the response does not lead to an error, and does not exclude instances that otherwise fit the request.
Requesting undeclared properties for types that are not open results in an error.
Requesting properties for open types that are defined for no instance of the type results in an error.
