Call for nominations for the TC co-Chair position

Barbara Hartel recently resigned [1] from her role as one of the co-Chairs of this TC. The TC intends to fill the co-Chair position and invites nominations from TC members. The nomination period will remain open until during the TC meeting on October 10^th when the co-Chair is expected to be elected. I, as a fellow co-Chair, certainly would appreciate another co-Chair to share my duties, given the rapid pace of work and the workload in this TC. If you are able and interested in serving in the co-Chair role, you may nominate yourself by responding to this note. Note, even if you don’t respond to this note, you will have time to announce your nomination until the time of the election during the TC meeting on Oct 10^th. Familiarity with the TC process, your passion and time availability to carry forward the work, are some of the factors to consider as you evaluate your readiness for this job.
