We talked about this several times in the TC calls, but unfortunately state that nowhere in the documents. Readers with investigative skills will doubtlessly deduce it from our mentioning of Content-Language dependency of ETags and the term Core.IsLanguageDependent, but we can make it easier to spot for the average reader.
