November 4, 2013 TC meeting

Following up from our discussing during the TC meeting on Oct 17, 2013, a special TC meeting has been scheduled on Nov 4^th, 2013.

Is there anyone, amongst those who usually attend TC meetings, who is unable to attend the special TC meeting scheduled on Nov 4^th?

Per the TC discussion during the TC meeting on Oct 17, 2013, I am scheduling a special TC meeting on Nov 4, 2013.

During this special meeting, we plan to do the following:
i. Review all changes since CSD03 and confirm that they are Non-Material
ii. Review and approve Statements of Use
iii. Resolve to start an e-ballot to approve Committee Specification 02
iv. Resolve to start an e-ballot to approve Candidate OASIS Standard

So, please plan on attending. We need quorum to approve the various next steps.
