Clarifying the Statement of Use - to refer to the Committee Specification 02:

IBM successfully implemented Committee Specification 02 of the OASIS OData Version 4.0 specification, dated 17 November 2013, in an exploratory version of its IBM Cognos TM1 Server, in accordance with the required clauses for minimum conformance of read-only services as specified in section 13.1 of Part 1: Protocol, section 6 of Part 2: URL Conventions and section 18 of Part 3: CSDL. The implementation supports the Committee Specification 02 of the OASIS OData JSON version 4.0 specification, dated 17 November 2013, in accordance with the required clauses for services specified in Section 22.
