Fresh revision of last meetings minutes

Dear all,

in case we want to approve the corrected minutes from last meeting today:

is the public link, with the re inserted detail sections for OData 
Protocol related issues (also documenting the closing ODATA-632 due to 
being similar/identical to ODATA-580).

In case someone needs more time to read, we may well postpone approval 
to the next meeting.
