    Proposal: Revised proposal: Change the wording to "The only allowed child element of the null expression is an edm:Annotation element.".  (was: Remove this sentence. We don't state per section whether annotations are allowed, this is centrally listed in section 14.3. And we also only list the allowed attributes or child expressions, so saying nothing should be enough.)
