Cancelled: OData TC Weekly Meeting

        More than a few of us are unable to attend this week's OData TC meeting. We will cancel this week's meeting. Our next scheduled meeting is next week Thursday May 5, 2016. At that meeting, Martin will present HTTP/2 features, and we will review the v4.01 issues and determine which of those issues we want to address and which to defer.
