    Proposal: Allow singletons to be members of entity sets.  (was: Allow singletons to be members of entity sets.

Consistent with how we define NavigtaionPropertyBindings on EntitySets, and Singletons today, we could extend the NavigationPropertyBinding within a singleton to support Path="." (or Path=empty string) to say that the binding is being applied to the singleton itself.

Any incompatible NavigationPropertyBinding should not be returned for 4.0 clients.)
