Example 86 shows an annotation and uses an entity type as term:

{{{color:#000000}<Annotation Term="org.example.person.Employee">{color}}}

{{...}}

This is in conflict with [14.2 Annotation|https://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata-csdl-xml/v4.01/odata-csdl-xml-v4.01.html#_Toc38530405] where the Term attribute is defined as a reference to a Term definition.
