OASIS report to ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 38 Plenary

Hi all,

as discussed in the OData TC weekly meeting today, attached is the OASIS report that should be presented to the SC 38 Cloud and distributed computing plenary in the week of 21st March.

I will report on SC 38 feedback relevant to ODT TC in the weekly meeting on 31st March.

Please note that I will be about 1 hour late for the meeting on 31st March
