Correction for issue ODATA-1468 Simple grouping by instance annotations

Extend OData-Protocol, example 18 with a property defined on a subtype. Heiko to raise an issue.

Heiko moves to rephrase:

If the property path leads to a single-valued navigation property, this means grouping by the entity-id of the related entities. Other Navigation properties and entity-valued instance annotations specified in grouping property paths are expanded by default.

No objections. Given this rephrasing, the existing resolution is REJECTED. Heiko to propose a new solution with this rephrasing and which also

extends example 61 and explains that one implementation may return the @odata-id value and another may choose the key values.
