Minutes of face to face meeting on 10th May 2006 =============================================== The minutes were accepted with the revisions previously circulated by Don Harbison as follows:- * The correct representation of the new XML technology from China is UOML, Unstructured Operation Markup Language). * Action is that we suggest that Roger Hurvitz and Nathaniel Borenstein contact Alex Wang at alexwang@sursen.com. Alex is the originator of the UOML technology and is seeking to establish an OASIS TC to work on it. Agenda ======= The proposed agenda was accepted. ODF Alliance Liaison ==================== Marino Marcich was not able to attend - Erwin to follow-up. There is some concern over duplication of effort. It was suggested that the Alliance should appoint a formal liaison to the Committee but that we should not delay our work whilst waiting for this. ODF Focus Area ============== Query regarding sponsorship for site - confirmed that had to be OASIS member but not necessarily on the TC. TC Website ========== Erwin asked for more feedback on his proposal for the main site. We need to ensure the main TC and our Adoption TC had links to each other. It was agreed that all responses should be in by next meeting - even if they are just to say that Erwin's proposal was OK.
