Logistics

We did not reach a quorum.



Progress on deliverables
========================
Erwin posted his draft white paper document/content to the Adoption TC's 
document repository.
Erwin also posted draft ODF slides to the document repository.
Both documents can be used as the basis for future work and have
been posted to encourage additional content contributions.
Robert Weir did not know about the status of the focus area
work that Don and Martha wanted to do.
Erwin finally started posting content to the focus area, but
ran into issues with support for tables.
Erwin will get in touch with Carol to explore the options.
The question was asked if xml.org provided a calendar feature
for keeping track of events.
According to Erwin there is an events section, but we should
explore if people can download/subscribe to the events data
via RSS and/or iCal.



OpenOffice.org Conference Update
================================
The number of registered attendees seems to be higher than in previous
years.
Gary will not come to OOoCon.
Robert will come to OOoCon.
Tim will not be at OOoCon.



Microsoft Licensing
===================
Gary Edwards had questions regarding the use of Microsoft's file format.
General understanding seems to be that the copyright is on the
specification, but not on files created based on specification.
