I think the questions are still valid and the answers are also o.k.
I have the feeling that some answers can be improved, but I think
they are good enough to get started. The more people see the FAQ,
the faster it will evolve based on feedback.

The first question should say "OpenOffice.org" instead of just
"OpenOffice".

In the answer to "Has OpenDocument been tested?" we might add a link
to the history table that I created.

How are "Best Practices" different to "Case Studies"?
I think we don't need a "Best Practices" wiki page, at least not
initially.
