OASIS Symposium participation/activities
========================================

Jane updated the TC.

As well as the workshop a panel on ODF led by the
TC had been accepted into the main conference timetable on Tuesday at 10:45.
 It was suggested we look at inter-operability during the main track.


Suggestions for the Workshop topics

• Status of ODF Adoption
• Accessibility
• Programmability
• Future of ODF (Panel or Presentation?)

It was also suggested that we hold a Joint Adoption
and Technical TC on the Thursday.

Plan for analyst outreach
=========================

As Carol was not on the call we did not discuss this.

Plan for ISV/OSS project outreach
=================================

It was felt that the work on the Developer kit was
important.

We should aim to prioritise certain key areas e.g.
Google search.

Events
======

Erwin had updated the web site with events he was
aware of.

There was a discussion on some of the issues with
discussing ODF with the different levels of understanding people have,
there was perhaps a need for a more basic explanation of ODF. 

ODF News / Round Table
======================

J. David highlighted a PERL utility that could access
the data in a ODF spreadsheet.

Erwin reported that the current issue of the Linux
magazine contains some articles on ODF.

The meeting was adjourned at this stage.
