Subject: Draft OOoCon Proposal, version 0.3

Here is an updated draft, including comments received so far.

We should probably add titles and job titles, to our names, so please add these, following my example.

I haven't heard anything definite concerning Microsoft.  Obviously, we have some flexibility and adding a person to the panel, even an hour before the session should not be difficult.  But if we want to get their name in the program, now is the time to do it.

With that in mind, is there any way we can narrow down who from Sun will be participating?  Or do we want to list both Malte and Dieter?
