There appears to be some technical difficulties with the plugtest mailing 
list, so I'm resending this manually:

When we talked last week we set today, 09/09/09, as the date by which we 
were to decide whether we would send out invitations ourselves, or whether 

we could line up government support for the Plugfest.

Are we able to make this decision yet?  Any news, Roberto?
