3) ODF 5th Anniversary - May 1, 2010. Discuss and define a plan to celebrate this milestone.

David Le Duc and Rob will team up to author an celebratory note marking the 5th anniversary of ODF on May 1, 2010.

4) ODF Interop Demo

Don will be organizing a team to work on the ODF Interop demo when he returns from vacation. The team will work to create the user scenario and interop demo. Jane Harnad from OASIS will approach the venue and manage the event planning and logisitics. Jane will develop the event budget. OASIS will manage and produce the communications (press release), and associated printed materials. The budget will be equally shared by the event participants, with Jane providing the formal proposal.

A 'scenario partner' may be recruited from outside OASIS to assist with the user scenario; e.g. Dutch library.

It will be advisable to set a cutoff date after which no additional participants will be able to sign on.

Participants may promote their products and services but no overt sales pitch is to be included as part of the actual interop demo.

A video may be produced of the demo, containing interviews of the participants.
