A quorum was achieved.

- Acceptance of today's agenda 
Topic #2 was the sole topic for today's
TC call.

2.) ODF 1.2 Communication Plan - Update
and Project Planning - Don 

TC members conducted a detailed brainstorming
session on the need for a set of collaterals in support of the forthcoming
ODF 1.2 standard.

Audience definitions agreed to include:

1) Line-of-Business - Private Sector
2) Line-of-Business - Public Sector

3) Developer (Technical)

4) ISO/IEC JTC1 National Bodies

For audience types 1 and 2 a high level,
business-oriented introduction to ODF 1.2 is needed

For Developers a more detailed technical
exposé is required to discuss new features and functions in ODF 1.2:

• OpenFormula
• Digital Signature
• RDF Metadata
• Accessibility

For the National Bodies in JTC1, the
information must be written to provide the technical experts an understanding
of the procedures resulting in ODF 1.2.

Don agreed to establish this workplan
in the AdoptionTC wiki.

3.)  OpenOffice.org CON - ODF Track
Update - Rob 

The acceptance notifications for CFP
authors are beginning to be made.
