2.) Focus on Action Item review  -

The TC agreed to focus on the Action
Item wiki for its project management.

Charles reported a new 'State of Accessibility
in ODF' white paper, available in French. 
Charles will investigate translation
and copyright concerns.

Charles reported the lpOD project is
now complete.

Louis raised the ODF icon proposoal
again.

3.) 2011 Events Plan
Luis Belmar-Letelier and Charles Schulz
will attend and participate at FOSDEM.

Candidate events are:

OSCON, Government Technology, CDIP in
China,  and local Linux user events.

4.) News & Roundtable

Don reported the announcement of IBM
LotusLive Symphony, a cloud-based collaborative document editing solution
with ODF conversion services.
