2.) ODF Plug-fest / Berlin - The invitations
will go out shortly for July 14-15. 

ODF Plug-fest Netherlands: M.Leenars
sees this event as a very important one, but minor in size....looking for
a major event to take place ? when? ...but at end of 2011 or perhaps later..would
have to be neutral, and probably distinct from the series of the other
plug-fests.

Leenars vision -- to have a Plug-fest+
in Sep. in Netherlands if possible...then a major ODF event to take place
at end of year....with a much broader scope than the plug-fest themselves.

3.) Focus on Action Item review  -

4.) News & Roundtable 

Charles:

•  Research project focused on revision system... related to Change Tracking
• LibreOffice Conference -- CFP coming and will be open for the ODF Master Classes.

Alan:

• SuSE -- some changes on product mgmt. very little changes on engr. for LibreOffice....moving ahead.

Andreas:

• Gnumeric -- new version released, primarily ODF improvements...

Don:

• Update on LL Symphony
