Subject: The OASIS OpenDocument Format (ODF) Adoption TC has closed
TC members, At your request, the OASIS OpenDocument Format (ODF) Adoption TC has been closed. The ODF Adoption TC began in March 2006. Today, ODF is well established in the industry with a diverse, and vibrant ecosystem of applications and solutions. This includes ongoing support by Microsoft in Office, the availability of Apache OpenOffice, LibreOffice, Calligra Suite, Gnumeric, and others. Innovations continue to appear such as WebODF and the ODF Toolkit and ODF Viewers for mobile device support. There is a growing and vibrant ecosystem of ODF applications and solutions available in the market today. We congratulate you all for your contributions and dedication to the broad adoption of ODF. As is standard OASIS policy, the archives of the Technical Committee will remain publicly visible on TC's web site at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/odf-adoption. The TC email list will be closed but the archive will remain available at http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/odf-adoption/. The comments email will remain open and will be accessible at http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/odf-adoption-comment/.
