Yes, correct. Instead, we will need to describe that draw:name for
draw:equation is not used for alt text.
It is because "3.0 General wording to be added" in the proposal defines
that
"draw:name" attribute for <draw:param> is not for alt text.
So, it might be nice to describe it for the following elements explicitly.

1. names for pointing positions in polygon objects

draw:name for draw:equation is used as a variable in a equation for
pointing a position in a custom shape.
This draw:name should not be treated as a alternative text.

2. draw:names for styles

draw:name for these
draw:gradient
svg:linearGradient
svg:radialGradient
draw:hatch
draw:fill-image
draw:marker
draw:stroke-dash

draw:name for these elements is used to label styles, and these names are
referred by other style definitions.
This draw:name should not be treated as an alternative text.

Text boxes are xForms text boxes and have all the accessibility information
we need (names, help text, relationships for labels). So no requirements
are needed for the TC.

draw:equation is a parameter for custom shapes. So we do not do need to
address this to my knowledge.
