Subject: Rough outline for the accessibility appendix in ODF 1.1
Last week we had an action item to create rough outlines of what we should tell user agent developers to do to support accessibility.
Here is my rough outline with an introduction. I would like to be more detailed buy I am swamped and I am sure others will want to add to this. This may also be too much.
