relationships (see sections and : for a description of these elements
and attributes):

xml produced is

Note that the references are invalid idrefs.
Nor is the visual text 'resolved'.

Is this an openoffice issue, or more general?

I can't find a 'resolve x-references' feature.

Any suggestions please? I'm using these as id values (clearly wrong)!
