A new year is upon us, but our old deliverable remains: the 
Accessibility Guidelines for ODF 1.1.  I have a conflict half past the 
hour, so for me this can be only a brief meeting:

Little has changed since our last meeting, 21Dec06.  I'm still waiting 
on Janina's incorporation of her section.  Rich - what I got from you 
didn't appear to have your comments, so I fear I'm still waiting on 
those.  And on any other comments.

As for myself, I actually didn't do any work over the holiday, and then 
on top of that, am fighting with a bit of flu that is slowing me down 
(so I've not made my own further progress on our document).

Nonetheless, I'd like to use a brief meeting as at least a forcing 
function to move the document forward (Janina, that means you!).  See 
the 21Dec06 meeting announcement (attached) - little has changed since then.

As discussed last week, I thought we'd have a brief meeting today for

Guidelines authors (that means you Janina!), to chat about Mak's changes.

Please find Accessibility Guidelines draft #15 at:

and also attached.  This draft contains updated chapters 1, 2, 3, and an 
updated glossary from those chapter/section authors, incorporating Mak's 
changes.  Chapters 4 (Rich) and 5 (Janina) are not yet updated as a 
result of Mak's changes.

Please review the document to ensure you agree with my incorporation of 
your updates (Cheiko and Dave), and to provide any further 
thoughts/feedback you have with any part of the document.  I didn't 
quite make good on my threat to make my own executive decisions on Mak's 
suggestions for sections whose authors didn't reply (Rich and Janina), 
but may do so in the coming days if those section authors don't speak up.


We should also, of course, approve the minutes from last week (attached, 
and also at:

DISCUSSION: RS: Several comments. Recommends each contributor review assigned section, clean up with Mak edits

• PK: Will post assignment requests to working group. Will review complete document week of 12/18. Post "first draft" by 12/31 to ODF.
• RS: Agreed. Mak will then perform second pass edit in January. Goal to have formal draft complete by ODF 1.1 announcement in mid-January.
