Section 3.4.4, "Allow users to control Animated Slide Content"
The last sentence needs a little editing, the grammar is not quite right, i.e.
Turning off animations should result in all slide content to appear in their final form (post animation).
For example, change from "to appear" to "appearing". And perhaps changing "in their final form" to "in its final form".
Appendix A
Would the following reference be of any use? NCAM's multimedia guidelines, "Accessible Digital Media Design Guidelines for Electronic Publications, Multimedia and the Web" at http://ncam.wgbh.org/publications/adm/ and in particular, "Guideline H, Provide access to multimedia presentations for users with sensory disabilities." at http://ncam.wgbh.org/publications/adm/guideline_h.html.
