NO meeting this coming Monday August 11th; next meeting August 25th

Dear OASIS Accessibility SC,

After a brief discussion, Rich and I agreed that there is insufficient 
business to hold a meeting next week.  The Guidelines document is in my 
hands, little to discuss there.  And we are still waiting on sufficient 
stability in the draft ODF v1.2 spec.

Please enjoy the extra hour in your Monday next week, we will plan to 
meet next on Monday August 25th at the usual times/dates.
