Subject: Radio button groups

Re my action item - Advice from Symphony
developers regarding best practice for implementing radio button groups:
The preference is to contain the radio
buttons in a form: frame and use the form:for attribute on the form:frame.
In some cases that will not be possible so the alternative would
be to use the form:for attribute on the form:fixed-text that labels the
radio buttons. Radio button groups should always be implemented with
one of those two techniques; radio button groups should never be left unlabeled.
