RE: Paragraph merge behavior - MS Office

Just so it's on this thread too...  As requested on the last call, I've uploaded both the non-list and list merging documents to the doc repository.  Each is a Zip containing a PDF and the original.docx for those who want to play with it in Word.

Please note the fix (3) made to the non-list doc (referred to in the upload notice e-mail) is the text below:

* Non-empty preceding paragraph formatting...
  o is not applied to the following empty paragraph if change tracking is disabled
  o is applied to the following empty paragraph if change tracking is enabled

The formatting is always applied, but it looked to me as if it hadn't been, since I wasn't paying enough attention to the hidden paragraph marks.

Attached are results of adding in lists.  The test matrix is growing a good bit larger, so I made this document significantly more terse.  One table shows the reduced matrix of behavior and the other shows visuals of each test case, results only for brevity.

I noticed a formatting error while working on the paragraph merging with lists cases.  On page 4 of the previously attached PDF, in the last example on the page, the result shown for removing the empty plain-formatted line below the heading-formatted one is incorrect.  The word "Heading" should obviously still be heading-formatted.  Apologies for missing that when I reviewed the document.
