Regarding Specification: "Presentation" of the OpenDocument specification

The Specification uses some form of Literate Programming around a RelaxNG schema of OpenDocument format. Since relevant information in a RelaxNG schema is heavily scattered, the specification document needs much more cross-referencing to be usable. Here is a proposal for cross-referencing in the schema. This should be integrated into the specification document:
