Hello members,

This refers to chapter 6.15.45 POWER and chapter 6.3.5 Infix Operator “^”.

There are some cases, for which I cannot determine the result, using the 
spec.

(1) POWER(-8;1/3)   Result is error or -2 ?
(2) POWER (0;0)   Result is error or 1 or 0 ?
(3) (-8)^(1/3)   Result is error or -2 ?
(4) POWER has got “Constraints: none”. What result is POWER(-1;0.5)? 
Should be 'error', but spec doesn't say it.
(5) Same for operator “^” (-1)^0.5 is not forbidden with a constraint.
