Subject: 19.499 style:master-page-name default behaviour
Hello, The specification doesn't seem to indicate which master-page-name is the default master-page. When for example the very first paragraph of a text document refers to a style that doesn't have the style:master-page-name attribute or defines it as the empty string, then there should be a default master-page in order to determine the page layout. Is this the first style:master-page element in the office:master-styles element?
