What you see in JIRA is what there is.  So this
proposal has not advanced.

We receive many requests, but in the end things move
forward based on the priorities and efforts of those on our technical committee
doing the work.  In this sense it is similar to an open source project.
  For something to move forward from an idea to something we can vote
on we need actual specification language.  For something like this
it would need detail such as:

1) The RNG schema additions that would need to be
added

2) A textual description of what the XML means

3) A statement of what the mandatory and optional
requirements are for an ODF application processing this new XML

4) In this case probably a labeled diagram illustrating
what a boxplot is

I'll note that LO has a couple members who are also
members of the ODF TC.  So they are the goods ones to talk to if you
need help getting a proposal introduced.
