ODF enhancements from regular user

Hello!

I would like to suggest new features for ODF 1.3, which are
needed for better inter-compatibility between OOXML and ODF. I give 
links to LibreOffice bug-tracker, but issues are related to ODF. (I 
didn't find something similar on https://issues.oasis-open.org)

1. The first one is gutter margins. It is the fifth margin for text
document which defines area for stitching (see

2. Structured referrence for spreadsheet documents.  (see
bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85063#c27)

I'm not sure whether next enhancement depend on ODF or Office Suite,
but I'll mention them. Please choose which are related to exact office 
suite and which to format

3. Styles for tables in ODT

4.Styles for graphical objects in ODS and ODT

5. Diagonal borders in ODT tables

7. ODP: slide layouts should support different backgrounds: one
background fro title slide, different background for regular slides.
