Welcome new member: Andreas J. Guelzow

I'd like to welcome a new member of the formula subcommittee,
Andreas J. Guelzow.

Andreas J. Guelzow is the Gnumeric developer leading the implementation
of its OpenDocument import and export. He has earned a Dipl.-Math.
degree from the Gesamthochschule Kassel, University of Hesse, Germany
and a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Manitoba in Canada. Dr.
Guelzow is a Fellow of the Institute of Combinatorics and Its
Applications and currently a full professor, department chair, and
faculty association president at Concordia University College of Alberta.
