Those were changes because of details OOoCalc implementors discovered
during implementation, or where specific behavior was observed in
(an)other application, or according to comments on the comments list.

There's still more to do, especially regarding the detailed comments we
received from David King. There probably will also other details be
added for things implementors will discover during implementation.
However, I committed this interim revision to the repository because
Patrick Durusau wants to work on the document for some editorial
changes.
