I don't find that flexible enough. It doesn't allow to specify a 3 or 4 working-days week, e.g. if one is working only Tuesday to Friday. Given that a NETWORKDAYS function probably is mostly used to calculate project dates or payrolls, having that fixed set of weekend days IMHO isn't sufficient.
