Greetings!

One more todo and it is an important one.

I skipped the one's Michael has in the conformance section because those are editorial/conformance issues and not specific to the formula TC.

Should have looked one more section:

TODO: Insert an index here, at least one entry for every function, type, and syntactic rule.

I suspect we can add that in response to a comment (any volunteers to comment?) that we need an index during the public review. It will be self-contained so it won't affect the rest of the text.
