Groups - Metadata SC Organization Meeting added

Greetings!

I think we can roll through the admin stuff fairly quickly and everyone
should be thinking about how to best gather and process use cases.
Obviously we need to get the use cases document done and reviewed by the TC
so we can move onto writing the requirements document. Sorry but all that
has to be done before the fun stuff can really start.
