Wiki Comments

MoinMoin does offer a "comments section" feature for wiki pages:

MoinMoin PageComment2 Macro

I think this should work well for us.  The process for enabling the comments macro seems straightforward and rather simple.  As for extended functions, personally I would prefer also that the eMail notification be enabled. 

Maybe after OASIS enables comments, we could go to use case oriented outlets like GrokLaw and make the case for participation in the Legal Use Case - Scenario discussion.   With CMS, we could go to ODF LibDocument Project, where Plone, Aukyla PHP, and Apache are busy building a shared library of XSL transformations.  And from there make our pitch to outlets like CMS Watch.
