Given the late filing of the minutes, I will be suggesting at today's meeting that we defer voting on these minutes until 10 May 2006 to give everyone time to review them. Action Items Review: Action item: Patrick - uses cases draft to the TC next Monday -- Action item: Gary - follow up with Legal/RDF -- contacted John McClure Action item: Rob - metadata in document template for other vocabularies and will talk to research at IBM -- added to wiki Action item: Patrick - forum for wiki? ask Carol -- ok Action item: All, add more use cases. 4. Review Use Cases Enhanced Search - add stop word example from Rob. What constitutes a name?, Vietnamese example. Bibliography - adds metadata to footnotes, Florian, is there a performance issue? Intellectual Property - Not DRM, such as right to use images, paragraph with approval, metadata on workflow, quote to be approved or need second source for news article Content tagging - Rob, metadata on metadata Separate use case - metadata on document but not visible to users Florian: use case as resource for RDF, not second paragraph tag but second paragraph Processing metadata - work flow, Rob, realtime collaborative editing Roundtrip improvement - Rob, some conversions are lossy, but record in metadata for going back and forth, to and from WordML for instance Madden - WordPerfect with tag unknown and unknown code
