Hi group,

inspired from an UBL example of G.Ken Holman, find a OpenDocument 
containing XForms attached.
There are certainly some things that might be enhanced on this document 
but taken as a XForms demo on XML basis it should be fine.

There are many  informations about XForms in general and their usage in 
OpenOffice.org in the Web, one nice source I read recently is 'XForms 
and OpenDocument' by J. David Eisenberg
