Subject: RDF/A, again
I was chatting with one of the IBM researchers (Elias Torres) who's working on RDF-in-HTML at the W3C, and he pretty well convinced me that we want to be using RDF/A to be addressing the association of metadata with content part of the proposal. We worked through some of the use cases and how it would work with RDF/A. What that means for the most part is adding a handful of attributes, all probably in the meta namespace: about, rel, rev, property and content. It has the advantage that we don't really have to worry about designing the details, and because it's just attributes, it's easy to integrate without causing compatability problems. More on details later. Am hoping that Elias might be able to join us to work them out. Bruce
