If Svante is happy to do that, that's great.

However, if that's the case, I propose that he have a co-editor that is 
ideally:

	- a native English speaker (to insure clarity)
	- technically-proficient with the issues at hand (to insure a good, 
consistent, spec)
	- vendor-neutral (for obvious reasons)

Patrick fits all these criteria, so I suggest him.
