For that case, they wouldn't use the version id I presume (Elias?), but would instead do: <rdf:Description rdf:about="tag:odf:550e8400-e29b-41d4- a716-446655440000/content.xml#foo"> ... </rdf:Description> Note: not sure if we want the "/..." bit quite like that; will leave it to Elias, Ian or Dan to clarify that. FWIW, I'd rather drop the version aspect if it's a problem, though will let Elias confirm if I have this right and it's fine. Bruce
