Groups - Metadata SC meeting added

Greetings!

Apologies for the recent silence. The motherboard on my laptop died and
while I did not lose any data, I was unable to access my email. :-(

I have started looking at the latest Accessibility draft and think that
while we can discuss it briefly tomorrow, we should go ahead and finish up
the proposal. There will be changes at the TC level and if we discover with
the asistance of Accessibility SC members or the TC additional elements
that need metadata we can add them.

I think Bruce's concern that we move forward is well founded.
