No meeting tomorrow

Greetings!

There will be no metadata SC meeting tomorrow. I have gotten a couple of 
notes from people who will be absent and no notes from people planning 
on being present.

There are a couple of issues that we need to resolve but those will be 
posted to the list. (There are some editorial issues but on those see 
the latest draft. No changes in meaning.)
