Subject: Re: [office] URGENT: Face to Face Meeting moved one day to Feb 18/19

Hello Paul,
Hello all,

the meeting will take place either in Menlo Park or in Santa Clara, that
are only about 20 miles/30 minutes apart and therfor have not much
influence on flight arrangements.

We are currently checking which location is more apropriate, but
currently have a preference for Menlo Park.

Since no one objected against moving the meeting one day to February,
the 18th/19th flight can be booked securily now.

Best regards

While it is possible to get a room on the 17th, nobody will be present in case there are any problems, in particular there will be no building service available.
